Text Message (SMS) Communications

When you provide your mobile phone number on a Fighter's Performance Institute LLC opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from us at the mobile number provided, sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may include educational content related to strength, conditioning, nutrition, and competition performance for combat sport athletes, promotional offers, program announcements, scheduling confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups related to information you requested. Message frequency varies; following opt-in, you can typically expect approximately 2-3 messages, with the exact number varying based on your engagement and the specific campaign you opted into.

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the program, sign up again as you did initially. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any opt-in or consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
